The location worked great for us as we were in town celebrating a birthday at Morley Hayes golf club restaurant.

Loved that this property had single beds for the group staying. It was immaculate & perfect .

I liked how everything was kept clean, spacious and comfortable.

A lot of stuff such as bin bags, cleaning products, cleaning towels, kitchen towels and plates and pots were limited or absent so had to buy some which was annoying.

The property was lovely, very comfortable. Very affordable

Just s couple of small touches would make it perfect. Lack of hand towel in cloak room, no tea towel. It was a bit far from the town centre, but easily accessible by bus or taxi

Location was good for us. Dinning room and lounge was nice.

There was no washing up liquid or cloths plus dishwasher did not clean probably. No plug for kitchen sink. A dirty pan in the oven was not great. I had to go and buy washing up liquid and cloths. En-suite toilet fills very slowly. The plumbing in general is not great. Obviously there have been some leaks. Unfortunately these little things were frustrating but should be easily solved by the host.

It was so nice to have somewhere convenient and comfortable to stay that offers more than a hotel room.

Can't think of anything negative to say.
