Take 3 Roxy Sematan Beach Apartment " Enjoy - Rest - Relax "

Avevamo prenotato una casa con 2 posti letto, ma qualche giorno prima l' host ci comunica che a causa di un malfunzionamento all' A/C ci é stato offerto un upgrade in una casa più grande. La "nuova" casa era pulita, in ordine ed in perfetto condizioni. Non posso valutare la "vecchia" casa, ma posso valutare eccellentemente l'host: proattivo, sempre disponibile, capace di risolvere al volo tutti i miei problemi.

Great location with amazing sea views from the good size balcony. The Mountain View’s are also stunning. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed with attractive decor. Pool and nearby facilities are well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. The transport service from the airport to the property was comfortable, convenient and reasonable value for money given that it is 90 minutes from Kuching.

Bed was exceptionally firm so unfortunately not comfortable. I ended up with quite a bit of back pain by the end of 5 nights. There is not much choice of food outlets , which are only open for short hours and have rather limited options. Take 4 had a good menu but many items were not available. The pool loungers really need cushions every day- not just on the weekend and SUN UMBRELLAS. There was no shade around the pool area at all or anywhere comfortable to sit that wasn’t in the blazing sun, such a shame as it would be wonderful to relax and read a book by the pool and listen to the waves from the gorgeous sea view.
