Close to Cala Montgo and new apartments

The apartment was ideally located for both the beach and the restaurants. Where was some outdoor space to relax in as well as a balcony. The host was very friendly and easy to contact and communicate with.

The sofa would be quite small if the apartment was fully occupied.

De Host was supersympathiek.

Christian met up with us and helped us get into the property. The key was in the key box, but Christian kindly helped us and showed us around

It would have been nice to have a washing machine.

-200 meters to the beach -private parking -comfortable beds -good bed linen -silent air conditioner - friendly, helpful staff (Christian) -several good restaurants nearby

-constructive lack of ventilation in the toilet/shower -fictitious exhaust ventilation in the kitchen - there is a fan, there is no air duct to the outside -no washing machine - persistent sewer smell in the room and outside -lack of cups for tea -lack of mosquito nets -roller blinds in one of the bedrooms did not function properly, despite the repairs made by the staff -the beach is crowded in high season, it’s impossible to get comfortable by midday -price/quality ratio is too high
