La ubicación fue lo mejor de este lugar. La sensación de comodidad y seguridad fue un plus inigualable.

Quizá la falta de rampas o elevador para personas mayores y que fallo el internet durante nuestra estancia.

The location some of the staff very nice.one young one staff member in the morning very rude.key knob hard to open and door didn't close properly chair stools broken and run down had to receive confirm from owner entry was denied besides reservation code.beer cans weren't removed and toilet paper wasn't new towels and rooms clean but tiny bugs in room.internet service wasn't present and nobody helped good thing they stored luggage for few hours afternoon staff pleasant

The room wasn't as described and the Internet didn't work the room wasn't sea view as described in the description and no washer in the room and no private pool as told

The description advertised parking was available, which was a major consideration for us. When I mentioned that to the contact person the morning of our arrival he indicated that he had to check availability with the local manager to see if there was a space for us and that he would call me right back. He never did. Eventually we did have parking, but there was a M$100/day change for parking. The description never mentioned anything about having to pay for parking. Also, there were no instructions of who to contact once we got to the building where the condo was located. A non-spanish speaking person would've had a heck of a time figuring out how to enter the building. The condo is probably over 20 years old and it shows its age due to lack of adequate maintenance and keep up. The decor is pretty outdated. Finally, there was no shampoo or bath soap available. I reached out to our contact who said that those personal items were not provided. No hotel or rental where I have stayed before failed to provide those items.

High speed wifi. 50”TV. Bed is hard but comfortable. Big balcony. All shops and restaurants just around apartment. Roof top pool.

Building: No lift on 4 storeys building. Every tenants have problem with key to open the gates. Very steep staircase. Lighting very dark at night. Pool: Not easy access into the pool no steps no rail. Bedrooms: No dark blind, noisy, no shelves or wardrobe for clothings. No bedside light. Bathroom: Hot water shower very poor not hot and poor pressure almost cold most showers and very tiny was basin with no stopper. Living room: Dirty stained sofa. Kitchen: very basic kitchen gear and crockery. This apartment is not facing the sea as advertised photo. The laundry it’s not Free!

The cat that lives on property was very loud. No elevator. Street noise. Needed earplugs at night. Overall maintenance was average. Safety was poor. Need to put out slippery when wet signs when washing the tile floors. Very slippery

It is in the perfect location as it is right next to the boardwalk, we were able to have dinner, breakfast and lunch nearby. Everything is just so close. The rooms are wide and have air con which was perfect for us. The host is a really nice guy, I definitely recommend this place. The market is nearby and the food there is cheaper than in restaurants and is very tasty. We managed to go for walks around during the day and night, for those who prefer american food, there is a burger king close by..

The only thing I did not like was there was no hot water for showering.

Close to Malecon, but no beach access.

All week, I informed them there was NO HOT WATER. The water is extremely cold. Then, I was told that I would have to wait in condo for maintenance that NEVER SHOWED. WAITED TWO DAYS. This was absurd as I was there as a working vacation. Very displeased and do not recommend this place as a place to stay. Beds are very uncomfortable. Really expected more. Also didnt really feel safe once I left a condo, considering that there were men drinking alcohol right outside the security gate. I do not recommend these accommodations for unaccompanied females or couples going out in the evening. Wifi was very poor, and tv in the bedroom was not even able to be plugged in.
