The apartment was perfectly located but still quiet. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Restaurants and Cafe's at the doorstep and the edge of the lake only 200m away. Como town is a great place to wander and explore.

Location was amazing, and instructions to the key was so good: it was easy to follow without any issue.

Sofa bed was not clear at all, duvet supplied was also not looking enough clean therefore avoided to use because of that it was so cold. The bathroom was not clean enough unfortunately.

Gorgeous, like properly pretty.

The hot water was sometimes a bit temperamental, for the last two days of our stay the shower only did cold water.

Excellent location, all amenities even a diffuser hairdryer & plug converters! Comfortable bed, good quality bed linen.

Location and had everything ready and everything that is needed.

It was bit cold in apartment. We were there just before New Year’s and radiant heat wasn’t always warm.

Great Location. Comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of storage space. Very cosy flat.

A very small thing really. The Cafitaly coffee machine, there were not enough coffee pods to cover at least one coffee each in the morning. We were happy to buy more,however could not find the suitable pods in any supermarket. On our last day I googled them and found a shop that sells them. Better late than never,

No Breakfast offered - but central location meant a lot of options available from McDonalds to good class restaurants. Location superb - very central to sites of interest, boats, busses and railways.

Finding the apartment. A large scale plan showing the Domo and McDonalds would have been very useful. Heating - it was the start of a cold snap and we could not find a way of turning the heating on. The management agent was unable to help. On leaving, we needed 10 minutes to get the apartment key back in the key safe.

Fantastic location, close to everywhere. Very clean.

High humidity in the room.

Spacious, clean and there were little touches, like coffee, breakfast snacks and dishwasher tablets, that were so kind. The location was fantastic!!!

It was hot despite the air conditioning. The electricity tripped, and it was an ordeal to get fixed.
