Excellent host. Great location, price, free garage parking, AC, well equipped and updated condo.

Bed was a little hard, but that's a personal thing. We're seeing more hotels with checkout at 10am, which seems a bit early, but Kent let us remain parked in the garage after our checkout so we could grab lunch before leaving Breck.

It was very clean and very convenient kind of in the middle of downtown. Perfect place to stay in Breckenridge

How confusing is to get to the parking lot when I went there was no sign for the garage

Great place to stay! The location is perfect, right in the middle of downtown and only about 2 minutes from the gondola. Free parking was a big plus. The room was excellent and made us feel right at home. It has everything you could need — a full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, coffee, and all the kitchen tools for cooking. They really provide everything. The bed was very comfortable and we truly enjoyed staying here.

One small downside is that the building is a bit older. The stairs and hallways feel a little dated, and the elevator was a bit scary — it stopped working while we were in it once. After that we used the stairs, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great property with food and stores around so that we can truly hang out near the property! Also close to the copper mountain resort, about 25 minutes driving.

Excellent location. Though the building is not modern, the unit itself is nicely updated, clean, and cozy. The kitchen and bath are very well stocked, the code lock was very convenient, and the free, garaged parking was a definite selling point.

The garage driveway is steep, and it is heated but not all the way, so as the host recommends, an AWD is probably needed during true winter weather.

Great location! We loved sipping a glass of wine on the intimate balcony that overlooked a babbling brook. Cozy space, very clean with well appointed amenities. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, which we had all to ourselves. I would definitely recommend it to others and would stay there again.

Entering, exiting the building was a little confusing initially - Just took a little walking around to figure it out.

Very clean, cozy, modernized and well equipped. Right next to downtown. Easy to follow instructions to access parking and room. The balcony is fantastic! My wife and I definitely plan to return ☺️.
