Great location for easy access to downtown long beach also some really nice eatery within easy walking.

Nothing at all

-The front gate was propped open with a paver and the building was advertised as secure - The game table is broken and missing pieces -I almost provided my child with a broken glass to drink out of, there was a deep crack in it -The apartment lacked circulation, my child and I ended up with a nose bleed due to the heat. -The TV was broken in the main bedroom, only found that out after I turned it on. -One of the blinds was broken in the smaller bedroom -The host asked you to respect the quiet hours for the sake of the neighbors but the neighbors kept family up until 3-4AM. You name the noise, they made it. -They requested no smoking which was fine, but once again the neighbors sat outside right next door smoking -The neighbors also blocked the stairs on one side. Long story short, the area was fine, it’s Long Beach I’m not bothered by much in that regard. I do feel like I should have taken my family to a hotel and just paid the extra $200 because one or two issues I can deal with, but several? NO. I wanted to provide a comfortable and “homey” feel for my family while we were temporarily displaced; this was a failure. The host was responsive initially but when I started mentioning that things weren’t right and they soon begin to drift away from responding. When I asked for half of my money back they responded as if it would be considered and essentially ghosted me.

The property was well located. There were some games for the kids as well. Mattresses were comfortable.

Very uncomfortably hot in the unit and neighbor’s cigarette smoke constantly wafted inside. Mold and broken sink in the bathroom. Dishwasher was broken and they did not provide some of the basics a rental home should have.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable . Kitchen had everything we needed to cook even olive oil and coffee was available. Great location walkable to the beach and plenty of restaurants and breakfast places. Our host replied promptly to our questions and made us feel that they were available if needed.

Everything was to our liking !

The arcade games were the highlight for my kiddos. They loved it.

Street parking was a nightmare. Circled 20 minutes to find a parking spot.

My kids loved the amenities that came with the property. The property had a very homey feel.

Parking was a little chaotic. You definitely need to pay attention to the signs for the street sweeping.

I loved everything about it! The apartment was so comfy, and my nephews loved the arcade. Felt like home away from home! The beach is just a mile away, plus you have PCH - you are surrounded by cheap gas as well the arco gas and other food and mum and pop shops. We will come and stay here again! Also parking - there is always going to be parking. You just have to search. Sometimes it is on the other side across the street at the end of the block , but people work and leave early, so you will definitely find some parking but always get there early and you will find an easy parking in front of the apartment.

So clean, conveniently located and av great place for a family.
