Good location in Cyberjaya. Nice apartment for 4 people.

The parking. It was a hassle if you are staying long term for more than 2 days. You have to register with the security each time you enter the premises. Unlike some other apartments in the area where I had stayed previously, I was given directly the gate access which means I do not have to register with the security.

It was clean and neat. Natural environment. Pretty comfortable to stay as a family

I didn't like how they told us about the check in instructions on that day. I had some confusion. It would be helpful if they could inform us about my stay a day prior. Also the same for the check out. On the check out day they told me that they'll charge extra RM25 if I check out late. That felt like simply pushing the customers to check out on time but they should've informed this earlier. I'm willing to pay but saying that on the check out date was not so professional.
