"Very lovely but deposit charged ruined it"

Property was very nice, comfy beds and air con.

This property was lovely when we arrived. We took every care to leave it tidy when we left, we cleaned everything thoroughly. We were charged 100 euros a week after the end of the holiday for a cracked freezer drawer. WE DIDN'T USE THE FREEZER. Haven't been able to contact the property at all since returning to sort this out.

We like the location, close to the Kvaternikov Trg. The apartment was clean and tidy.

When you enter the house, you realize that there is no lift. Since the apartment was on the 5th floor, that is a bit annoying, It should've been stated in the description, it might be necessary to know for the older people. After entering the apartment one is "greeted" with a bad smell, probably coming from sewage. Even after airing the apartment we could not get rid of the smell. The information about how to enter the apartment was passed on few hours after the booking and after few mails to the host. We wish this was done faster and without "threats" of how the deposit will be reduced for not leaving the apartment in perfect state.
