"Great getaway—access to lots of hiking with a 30 minute drive."

Lovely home, lots of space, very accommodating owners

Water pressure is low in shower, a few things missing in the kitchen and the house is difficult to get to— lots of turns and the house itself is not very well marked

Perfect getaway house for 4 adults (parents, grandparents) and 4 grandchildren. The older boys loved their basement man cave.

"Lovely home in Harper's Ferry"

We had a wonderful time and were very comfortable in this lovely home. My grandson, who is 7, loved the deck and took over the downstairs like it was his own man cave 😀 The house was clean, roomy, and well stocked with everything we needed, including coffee pot and keurig, linens and towels. It's also in a great location, close to Harper's Ferry National Park, Charlestown and Shepherdstown. The home has 3 comfortable beds and 2 baths on the main level. The lower level has bunk beds and queen bed, with a walk out area. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with!

The only negative is the road to the house the last couple of miles is a little tight but never had any issues.

Not using the main air was inconvenient if people wanted to close the doors for privacy. And a hose outside to clean up after tubing would have been nice.

"Spacious and convenient house!"

Very friendly and accommodating host. The house was recently renovated and was equipped with everything we needed. Conveniently located, about 15 minutes away from several restaurants, Harper’s Ferry park and several vineyards.

outdoor space, open kitchen and living room, large comfy beds & pillows, nice bathrooms, CLEAN! The downstairs room was way bigger in person than in photos.

not enough parking space - we all traveled from different areas so had 5 cars. access to the garage would have been nice.

Everything. So comfortable and well equipped!

The gravel road, but it wasn’t long and also understandable since it’s a newer area.
