Arrivals after 11:00 PM must be requested in advance: * From 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM: €35 surcharge. * From 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM: €50 surcharge. Check-in is not possible after 2:00 AM. We offer free early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. In the event of lost keys or a lockout due to keys being left inside the apartment, the cost of the locksmith will be €150, to be paid directly by the guest. Please note that last-minute reservations may result in a check-in delay of up to 2 hours from the usual time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Era justo lo que buscábamos, espacioso y bien equipado para los días que nos quedamos, un poco lejos del metro pero nada excesivo ya que era un paseo de 10 minutos hasta la parada. Muy cerca de la estación de chamartín asique genial a la hora de llegar e irnos. Además de unos anfitriones atentos que nos informaron de todo lo necesario. Sin duda unos de mis favoritos.

riscaldamento che non funziona, wi fi che non funziona, ci sono spifferi provenienti dalla porta di ingresso, il soffitto della camera matrimoniale (il soppalco) è talmente basso da dover camminare curvi.

Las camas son cómodas

Había cucarachas y moscas. La ubicación del apartamento, no hay bares alrededor y tiendas comestibles locales. La cama principal hay que subir por una peligrosa escalera, que cuando estás dormido, bajar al baño 🚽, 😡
