De ruime indeling van het appartement, alles was aanwezig en 2 mooie slaapkamers.

Het was even het betere stuurwerk om de auto in de garage te krijgen. Model Yaris Cross gaat echt net.

Apartament îngrijit, curat, spațios, dotat cu tot ce trebuie, aproape de centru, cu parcare gratuită in garaj, iar proprietarul, domnul Giorgio, o persoană caldă care ne-a oferit toate detaliile posibile.

Nu au existat detalii care să nu mi placă.

Good localisation close to the historical center of Bologna (in a walk distance) but outside of ZTL (Zona a Traffico LImito). The underground car park was very usefull but not for very large cars.

The apartment has a very nice living and dining room, comfortable beds, parking space for small to medium cars, is a short walk away from the center, modern bathroom, lots of space for everyone I recommend it, we would have gladly stayed longer

It was hard to brew coffee with the mokka pot because it is too small for the cooking field and the stove turns itself off. You have to place it in a bigger pot w. water to make coffee. The shower is a bit tricky to use but nice once you get the hang of it. There is no mosquito net at the windows. When you leave the parking spot you need a code to open the barrier, please make sure to clarify this with the host so you know how to proceed. A kind neighbor helped us in our case 🙂

Very spacious apartment in a quiet complex and neighborhood not far from the center. We walked everywhere and only took public transport getting to/from the train station. Good restaurants tucked nearby, away from the touristy areas. Kitchen is well-equipped, bathroom very clean. Having a washer helped. Warm and kind hosts.

The larger bed was a little soft (twin beds were fine), but not an issue at all for two nights.

Great attractive location, accessible via bus, plenty of space. I can say the apartment is ideal for a group of 5 people, the host is a professional person.

When using the shower the water leaks on the floor but fortunalety it is not a big issue :)

Great place to stay. Pretty close to pedestrian area and the host was quite friendly and helpful. I would go back again for sure.

Quite big flat in quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy access to buses, the centre reachable on foot (1,7 km), the Bologna Fairs too (3,1 km). Two bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two separate beds, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. A nice bar close.

A little bit loud, you can hear your neighbours.
