"Gerties Getaway didnt disappoint"

House is beautiful, modern and so spacious with everything you could ask for. Very nicely modernised and furnished. Very quiet area and a stones throw from the harbour and a lovely pub, the Harbour Inn. Welcome pack was amazing, for both humans and dogs !! Parking on road outside of property and we didnt have any issues getting parked at the house. Thought of everything and hosts first class. Great base to explore the beautiful areas of Northumberland.

Amble is a lovely little town, but a bit too quiet for us. It's a great base to explore the areas, which we did in the unfortunate wet weather. It is a terraced house in built up area so no outlook but position is a street back from harbour, which is beautiful. Hard to find faults with property, minor thing could do with a non slip mat in shower and a choice of pillows. Very minor issues.

Just had a great week at this amazing cottage. It was spacious, well decorated and furnished throughout, spotlessly clean and provided us with everything we could possibly need. Fantastic welcome packs for both us and our dog. Situated on a quiet street very close to the harbour alongside grassland which is handy for dogs. Plenty of parking just outside. Perfect base for exploring Northumberland coastline. Would definitely return and fully recommend.
