[10 min from Venice] [Free Garage] Lovely flat

- The balcony is spacious and comfortable. - Parking is on level -2, in a locked garage (we were happy to know the car was safe). - It is close to the tram station that takes you to Venice.

- We were 3 people accommodated. 2 of us slept in the bedroom, in a double bed, and the third person in the open-space living room. The third person's bed (the sofa in the living room) was not prepared when we checked-in. We had to rummage through the closet in the double room to choose a suitable bed linen. It's not such a big problem, maybe it was simply omitted. But you're not in the mood for something like that after a road of hundreds of kilometers, when all you want is to get to the accommodation and lie down in bed for some rest. - There was quite a lot of dust in the living room. On the table in the living room you could pick up the dust on your finger.

Apartment is on the first floor in the new building, well maintained, bright and clean. Location excellent, 7-8 min to tram station, 15 min by tram to Venice. For those traveling by car, there is a garage inside the building. Very kind and pleasant host, available for all explanations and suggestions. Thank you all, especially Dora.

Very nice apartment with the necessary amenities. Clean and comfortable, spacious for a family of four .. underground garage is included in the price. Close to the bakery, supermarket and accommodation. Close to the bus stop towards the centre of Venice. We were very satisfied. Dora is nice and caring person and owner. Thank you for everything. Everything was nice, the apartment was clean and just as described on the website. Dora welcomed us with great kindness and showed her total availability for any help or information we needed. The location of the apartment was practical for going to Venice center because the T1 tram stop is nearby (San Marco de Cattaneo).
