- Take care of the oriental rugs. - Do not eat in the bedrooms. - Enter the house with clean shoes and wash your feet when returning from the sea before entering the house. - Keep mosquito nets closed and lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. - Do not flush paper down the toilets. - Pets are not allowed in the house. - Take care of the garden. Additional services available on request: - Paddle Board/SUP: €20 per day - 2-seater inflatable Canoe/Kayak: €20 per day - Beach chairs: €4 per day/each - Additional beach umbrellas: €7 per day (one umbrella is included in the villa's equipment) Check-in/out fees: - Early check-in before 3:00 PM: €50, to be paid directly upon arrival. - Late check-in between 9:00 PM and 11:59 PM: €50, to be paid directly upon arrival. - Late check-in after 00:00: €100, to be paid directly upon arrival. - Late check-out (subject to availability): €50, to be paid directly before departure.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
