Holiday House 100m away from Ocean EBV10

- quiet neighborhood - many facilities: kitchen equipment, good wifi, many drawers to fit clothing, spacious closets - outdoor pool - a good place for bigger group vacation - place was clean - tea, coffee included - always a free spot for parking near the entrance - very clear directions about the arrival

- a few towels were dirty - at first there was mold smell in one room, but when we left terrace door open, the smell faded - water tap was broken and hard to use - table tennis rackets and balls were not in the apartment - no hand wash gel, only soap, we had to buy it ourselves - body wash gel only for once. Also, had to buy it ourselves

The property was exceptionally clean and cleaning products were provided. The kitchen area was fully equipped with Fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, which made our stay comfortable. The master bedroom was large and the bed were extremely comfortable, added bonus was that there was air conditioning in the property. The property is light and airy and has plenty of space on the inside and outside areas.

The sofa was uncomfortable and needs replacing, every time you sat on the sofa the springs would pop. More seating in the lounge area would be beneficial, one sofa is not enough, there was no pegs for the washing,(although they did say they would have provided replacements) and no bats for the outside ping pong table we therefore bought some. The day after we arrived which was Christmas Eve, we noticed that the safe wouldn’t work and the shutters were stuck and wouldn’t come back down which caused us some alarm as we were going out for the day, however on contacting the property they sent engineers out to fix the shutters within the hour and members of staff to fix the safe. Considering it was Christmas Eve I was very impressed with the level of service which was offered.

It was just as the pictures show. Clean and spacious

There are only 4 sun loungers around all of the swimming pools so wasn’t comfy to sit around whilst the kids were in the pool if you couldn’t get a bed as the artificial grass is hard and very bumpy even with lots of towels as cushions. There’s only 1 small sofa so a night in watching a film wasn’t the best with a house sleeping 5, 3 kids could fit on the sofa leaving the dining chairs for the adults which isn’t the comfiest. On arrival the main bedroom was soaking as the air conditioning was leaking / broken, reported this and was told it wouldn’t be fixed whilst we was there and the one in the living room would be sufficient, it wasn’t, the cool air didn’t travel. The ceiling fans, you’d turn one on and another would turn off which wasn’t the easiest as it would take some time to get them both on in the kids rooms on a night time. The dishwasher pops open mid cycle so you need to prop a chair under to wedge it closed. Not a lot of dinnerware, could do with more bowls etc

Very nice complex, easy to find, easy self check in. We had a car so it was easy to go everywhere, so good location. A beautiful villa, big kitchen and nice terrace. The rooms where big, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and lovely vibes. Comfortable stay, quit place, we did hear a few planes at night but nothing to be bothered. Also there are 2 bathrooms, one for 2 rooms, and one in one of the bedrooms. We liked the place, we recommend it!

Everything was fine, we did have a problem with the bed getting wet from the air con but it was quickly resolved. Also a damp smell from the second bathroom was a bit annoying but opening the window fixed it. So good overall stay, would recommend!

The pool and quitness

The airco broke, but the host did everything to fix the problem. These things happen. Without a car it is hard to explore if this is your base.
