Washing machine broke Cooker broke Heating took forever to work out and it was freezing No plug to have a bath And apt was filthy

We eat well at home so the fact that we could not cook and enjoy a decent meal was a huge issue! The description claimed that the apartment had 'a fully equipped kitchen'. It was sadly lacking being unsuitable for cooking a meal of any description for 4 people, even something simple such as pasta with a sauce. The tiny saucepans were very old (one had a loose handle) with dangerously scratched and peeling non-stick surfaces which were clearly a health hazard and should have been thrown away! There was no baking tray in the oven and even the microwave was not supplied with dishes. There were plenty of knives but the chopping boards were split. The apartment was not filthy but not particularly well-maintained, suffering from a lack of deep cleaning, with various stains and marks that could have been dealt with had there been the will!

Good location for my visit, safe and brightly lit, easy access/entry with clear instructions. Stocked w some snacks and tea and coffee. Clean towels and linens and new slippers.

Very bare bones, like an empty box of a space with lack of design. Felt run down, super bright / glaring lights hurt eyes. Found dirty spoons in utensil drawer. Watered down liquid dish soap in kitchen.

Perfect location for our needs visiting family. Bus stop out front. Great bakery cafe downstairs. Convenient to shops and restaurants.

Place a bit worn down, beat up IKEA furniture, needs a coat of paint. Wifi really bad until I figured out host had given me the wrong code.
