"Overall, the apartment worked great for us! I would stay again."

The apartment was very spacious and it was in a great location for seeing Chicago. The hostess was very easy to contact and helpful. The binder with information was great. Parking was super easy.

We needed to know where to find the keys in the lock box outside. The air conditioning units were pretty old and hard to read/wouldn’t stay on. The bathroom was still a bit dirty, several hairs were on the floor.

"Overall it was a cute place with enough room to do everything you need to do."

The place was was very clean and it was very peaceful. And the plates and cutlery was a nice touch. Overall, a great place.

The lock box was hard to open and there was no way of being able to control the heat.
