The condo location & carpark very complicated. The lift very old & have to wait so long. But house is clean & comfort to stay.

Clean and comfortable stay. A/C is like a freezer, so powerful and cold 😆 Very clear instructions from owner on how to access the unit as well as parking spot. Nice view from the living room and main bedroom.

Car parking level is smelly. A bit unexpected that owner requested a security deposit upon check in (refundable) that is not stated in the booking app. Unit does not have enough electrical points for charging phones,, tablet and laptop. 5 people with 2 devices each.....not enough points for charging 😆

Хороший безопасный район, внизу дежурит охрана круглосуточно. На 37 этаже есть бассейн, сауна, гриль зона. Отличное место для отдыха с семьей. На этаже 3А есть также лобби и выход, где есть несколько каыешек, которые работают круглосуточно. Также очень удобно что внизу есть магазины 7/11 и КК.
