"Almost booked another place"

The proximity to the beach was within walking distance

The outside was moldy. There were no prior instructions to getting in, and nearly got double charged because he didn't find my booking. There was no hot water till we called. The shower curtain was falling off and held in place with cardboard. There was mold inside and outside.

It's an affordable nice place for family.

Not all things stated in the "about section" are true. It's not on the beach, you do have to drive there. But other than that it was very nice.
