Great condition. Very clean and in a prime location for all amenities.

There’s was not anything about this property that we did not like. It was perfect for our trip.

House is very spacious and well equipped with cutlery. The location is nice if you have a car otherwise its quite difficult to travel to your destinations. Nearest supermarket / grocery is 2.5 miles away.

Could be closer to a supermarket / grocery chain, especially for guests with kids and without a car

Where to start! We were a group of 11 meeting in Orlando for a Disney/Universal holiday. The house is in a gated community, before arrival we were notified of all the necessary codes etc. The condos in the complex are all identical double story homes and the surroundings are very well kept. There’s a pool near the entrance of the complex which our kids used on a couple occasions. The house itself is large, well equipped and maintained. It comprises a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom downstairs as well as the kitchen, living and dining with large tv, a toilet and small outdoor area with a small plunge pool. Up the stairs there’s a sofa and tv on the landing and then another 2 large king bedrooms with ensuites and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds where 2 kiddos can sleep on the bottom and 1 on top. Those 2 rooms share a bathroom between them. The kitchen is large, has just about everything you could need for basic cooking on holidays. There was a welcome package including microwave popcorn, biscuits, chocolates and some necessities etc. The beds were very comfortable and and the linen, towels etc were also. Initially we had an issue with the aircon and we reached out to the management company. Within hours it was fixed. Over the past months I reached out to the management company several times regarding different matters and each time they responded promptly and were super accommodating and polite. I can’t recommend them enough. The condo is a short drive from a super Walmart where we went to get our supplies and it’s not too far from the Disney parks.

Clean and comfy just like home. Best location for Disney theme parks. There are Target and others plus fast food and restaurants maybe lass than 5 minutes drive.

Need more Trash bags and it should fit the trash bin. The one we got is half size the trash bin. Need instructions post how to operate the jacuzzi. Besides this everything is very good.

There was one roll of toilet paper for each restroom while staying 8 people :) and would be better if there are a bit more
