- lovely host!! responds promptly to your questions and try their best to accommodate for requests, we really appreciate it. love the seamless hassle free check in with a door code. - great location. a 7-11 not far down the road and a bit further down is the numazu port with all the happenings. leave your rental car parked at home. - the Kotatsu was a great touch for winter. all the aircon heating worked well. - bathroom was clean and convenient with automatic bathtub. it was the first time we saw the fancy bubble feature. - literally everything was provided, you even have a selection of shampoos and conditioners to choose from. - laundry detergent and fabric softener were both provided. absolutely loved having both washing machine and dryer. - smart TV with YouTube, Netflix etc buttons. we stayed as a group of 3 and it was very comfortable. Numazu was a lovely small town and we definitely look forward to come back.

- one 1m clothes hanger rack was not quite enough for a property that sleeps 4 (we stayed for 4 nights). adding some extra hooks behind the bedroom doors would be very helpful - it didn't bother us as we're mostly aware of how to navigate through a Japanese house, but not a lot of the explanations and manuals were in English so overseas tourists will likely have to use google translate. - didn't have the exhaust fan console for more options like drying and heating in the bathroom none of these reasons are enough to send us anywhere else though, we loved our stay.
