The location. The general equipment was good. A comfortable to stay

The AC failed. Not the owners faut and they worked every day to fix it, which they did on the last day of our stay

Plenty of space, clean, updated

No counter space in bathroom, not enough linens

We liked the modern decor, the showers were great. Beds were decent. We enjoyed the patio outside. It was pretty clean.

There was no coffee pot. The kitchen counters were granite and there were crumbs and something sticky like they had not been cleaned. It got pretty warm during the day. We were unable to turn the AC down.

Location was horrible false advertising the back was disgusting

It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood close to beach

They don’t let u change the AC and it was very hot and even the people who owns the property wouldn’t change or turn the ac down they have a code on it and I personally feel like I spent my money renting from here I should be able to adjust the ac to a comfortable level for me and my family while there

We liked how close it was to the beach. The amenities were nice but not white as glamorous as described on the website. The chairs for the beach were also a nice touch! The kitchen and separate bathrooms were also great, as well as the laundry room.

I didn’t like the broken outlets around the house. There were TWO instances where a big red roach ran across the kitchen floor. The master bathroom door did not lock. The silverware in the kitchen had dried food stuck to them.

Place was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed.
