Apto. con piscinas y gym a 800 metros de playa

The location was well positioned, the pool was very nice and parking was available on the premices and free on the street infront. The apartment was nice, clean and equiped with all necesary apliances for a familly.

The beds were a bit unconfortable I assume the matressess need an upgrade.

the check in process was a bit complicated at the beginning but if you do it once, it’s very easy afterwards it’s true that the 2 small beds are very very noisy

First of all, I’d like to express my sincere thanks to Patricia for her excellent communication. She was always available, provided clear and detailed check-in instructions, and answered all my questions throughout the stay in English - something I truly appreciated. Now, about the apartment itself - it’s wonderful. Bright, white, and extremely clean - you can immediately tell that the place is well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: a coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, bowls, cups - perfect for cooking or reheating food. We loved having the option to heat a pizza in the oven after a long day at the beach. The fridge was spotless and spacious - we filled it with lots of delicious local fruits (Alicante has amazing produce!). There’s also a good air conditioning system throughout the apartment, which made our stay super comfortable. If it gets too sunny, you can easily close the blinds for extra shade. If you’re coming by car, there’s parking available. We didn’t have a car ourselves, but for those who do, it would make exploring the area even more convenient. The apartment is located very close to the beach - Playa Muchavista - which is wide, clean, peaceful, and beautiful. It is a bit far from the city center, which for us was a plus, as we were specifically looking for a quiet and relaxing environment. If you do want to go into the city, there’s a public transport stop nearby, and local trams that run along the beach will take you straight to the port area, where the city is more lively. Another big advantage - there’s a small shopping area nearby, with a Mercadona supermarket, a pharmacy, and three small cafes where you can grab a coffee or something to eat. Everything you might need for a comfortable stay is within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. The neighbors were also respectful — it was quiet and peaceful the whole time.

The only downside I experienced was the beds. I have back issues, and unfortunately, the mattresses weren’t very comfortable, especially in the second bedroom. What helped was the sofa in the living room — it was a bit better for sleeping. Also, the pillows were quite different from what I’m used to — but that seems to be common across many places in Spain, so just something to keep in mind. Be aware of a few administrative steps before your stay: You'll need to pay a deposit, upload your documents, and if you're staying for more than 11 days, you’ll be asked to sign a rental agreement, as per new Spanish regulations. It’s not difficult, but it does take time — something to keep in mind in advance, especially if you’re traveling or working.
