We loved the closeness to the beach

We didn't like the 19th floor.... & parking fees...

It was well kept up and room was clean.

The only thing i didnt like was the cleaning lady beating on the door a half hour before check out.

The property was clean and exactly as pictured online, the pool and grounds were also well maintained, fair prices and good food/drinks at the tiki bar. Would stay here again!

The only issue regarding the unit would be the master bed was not the comfiest, with the slightest movement the bed made noises and the headboard was not attached to the frame so again, any movement made in bed the headboard would move. Other than this the unit was immaculate, kitchen had all utensils/dishes/etc needed for cooking, great views from the balcony. Plenty of room for our party of 7!

Pet friendly, on the beach, reasonable price kind of, all tenants were super nice. You could put chairs anywhere on the beach.

Smaller than expected, extra bedroom fan had inch of dust on fan and TV didn't work. Bedrooms were small and furniture was damp as if had a moisture problem. Elevators didn't work when got there and were super slow.

The location of the property was excellent. Right on the beach and close to dining and shopping.

The beds were hard and you had to get your shower pretty quick because the hot water goes fast.

Great location, nice property, and beautiful view. The condo was clean, (the lady that came to clean as we were leaving was AWESOME) and the living space was comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved the balcony. It's an easy walk to the pier and a few shops. Laying on the beach plus the hot tub and pool area, along with tiki hut pineapple 🍍 drinks were a hit.

The master bed is HORRIBLE. It's a mattress (no box spring) on a cheap metal fold foot spring frame. The frame is 2 piece split in the middle, so you have to stay on your side, or you have the split frame bar in your back. If you so much as touch the bed, it makes enough screeching racket to wake the dead. After trying to switch with the girls and realizing the second room bed wasn't much better, we decided rough sleep with a view was better than rough sleep without. There were pots and pans, plates, etc. Some condos on the property have better amenities for a similar price. Plan to bring everything you need. There wasn't any type of seasoning, salt, pepper, coffee, etc. This particular room, unlike others, sadly didn't come with beach chairs or umbrella. 40$ a day per 2 chairs and umbrella. It was a good stay, but I've had the same style room with better extras for the same price. THE BED ARE TERRIBLE!

Very spacious, clean, beautiful views

Beds are hard as a rock and the hot water ran out after only one shower(group of 9 staying) definitely needs a bigger tank for that size room.
