Spacious & Modern Oasis, 4-Bed House, Sleeps 7

We requested an early check in which we got ,arrived at 12.55 tofind nowhere had been cleaned ,beds a mess and not been changed an unmade, washin up still on draining board , both toilets unclean, somewhere along the line had been a lack of communication with our arrival, however once I'd got in touch with them they immediately sent out 4 cleaners which was quickly rectified and the cleaners done an exceptional job , the fault lies with booking.com ,we had travelled 2 half hours drive with my father who as lung cancer and was very unwell and needed to lie down as soon as we arrived ,which was impossible due to no beds being made up, my sister and brother in law had travelled 4 half hours ,everyone was exhausted and couldn't even make a cup of tea cause of having to be cleaned .I've got photos of which I could put on here of how the house looked when we arrived but I won't use them ,as I like to give chances, and as I say once it was cleaned we couldn't fault it .we would happily stay here again but communication is 100% needed
