"Heating was too poor"

Heating was too poor in this freezing weather in December ! it works on timer not thermostat and I had to call them to start the heating in the caravan!

The caravan was roomy comfortable and well equipped and the location was excellent on a ice quiet site

Smell of cigarettes on arrival, shower temperature was erratic and heating was set at 15deg

"Highly enjoyable, we used the chalet as a base and rode around Wales then returned in the afternoon to walk into Aberyst"

The chalet was sparkling clean and very comfortable, easy to park motorbikes right outside so good for security.
