Should have been allowed another car parking space my friends were coming from London, Leeds and cov some used public transport but 2 of us came by car .
GBGBThe location was excellent. 10-15 minutes walk to Grand Central and Bullring. A Tesco Express on the same road so very convenient to get supplies. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I had a bit of trouble getting the hobs on the electric cooker to work so had to phone to get someone to help me. They answered straight away and were very helpful. The speed and the response was excellent.
The QR code to scan for the online guest welcome guide didn't work and there was no printed version. I couldn't find a tea towel or oven gloves so getting things out the oven was a bit tricky. The location is excellent but it does overlook a very busy road which was very noisy with car horns and music being played from waiting cars at traffic lights. It wasn't so bad in the bedrooms but it was very noisy in the living room. The balcony doors were shut but didn't seem to block out the sound very well.

GBEasy walk to the town. Perfect for a group of 4 friends visiting Birmingham . Clean accommodation, 2 bathrooms . Living room and kitchen , all we needed . Provided , tea coffee , shower gel , shampoo which was a lovely touch , many thanks
There were plenty of plates , mugs , knives etc but a lack of glasses. Owner may not be aware , so polite feedback to have a stock up .

HKThe location of the apartment was good. Close to city centre. Tesco Express supermarket right below the apartment complex, opening at 8am. Traffic jam starts very early in Birmingham city at 6:30am cars beeping outside the apartment
The apartment and bedroom windows face a busy trunk road. Quite noisy. Insufficient supply of hot water. Third person had to shower with cold water.
