"Good stay"

House is clean. Very near to convinence store like 99 Mart & 7Eleven. Got coin laundry service at ground level shop row.

The checkout is too early at 11am. Had to rush out and management is less considerable to requests. Basically paying for 20hrs stay.

Hi. The problem started around 9:09 PM, and until now, I haven’t received any update. Last night, my family and I couldn’t sleep in that room because when the aircond was switched on, it leaked continuously. We have a 2-year-old child, and the situation is dangerous for my son due to the wet floor and risk of slipping. Therefore, we had no choice but to sleep in the living room. Any update from your side? I’ve already checked out, but I still haven’t received any feedback regarding the issue. I hope this matter can be looked into urgently.

the facility is very spacious and clean. Totally worth it for the price. Overall the experience was beyond my expectation. Definitely will book here again when coming to Penang next time. Host was very responsive and helpful. Giving clear instructions for check in/out. The best.
