Casello 59 - dove il tempo si è fermato

La casa si trova a Finalpia a pochissimi passi da negozi, da ristoranti vari, un supermercato e dalla spiaggia. Per la piazza principale ci sono 10 minuti scarsi a passo lento. Pulita e in ordine, c'è tutto quello che serve dalla cucina, al bagno e alle camere da letto. È stato bello tornare a fare il caffè con la moka e sentirne il profumo per tutta la cucina. L'arredamento è volutamente mantenuto vintage ed è bello così. Wi-Fi disponibile. Al piano terra ci sono soggiorno con divano letto e TV, cucina e un ampio bagno con doccia doppia. Al primo piano due ampie camere da letto con aria condizionata (senza TV) e un terrazzino. Altri punti forti sono il parcheggio privato e il giardino molto curato e freschissimo: la casa si trova di fianco a una vecchia galleria della ferrovia da cui arriva un gradevolissimo fresco a qualsiasi ora. È piacevole pranzare o cenare in giardino. C'è anche una lavanderia con lavatrice, utile per le emergenze. La padrona di casa è una persona squisita e gentile, ci ha accolto con la focaccia calda quando è stata avvisata che saremmo arrivati in ritardo a pranzo causa traffico e si è sempre premurata che andasse tutto bene. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Maela is great host! Her house was clean, comfy amd there was everything we need. The garden outside was beautiful. We enjoeyd sitting there every night. The place is so close to shops and beach. Absolutely love this place and hopefully we will be back one day ;)

Recently returned from a 4 night stay at this lovely property. We were warmly welcomed by Maela who showed us around and explained the history of the property. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautiful furniture and homely little touches Coffee, sugar, water in the fridge etc. There is a lovely outside garden area where we sat to have breakfast surrounded by the magnificent hydrangeas. This place is secure and peaceful with a gorgeous backdrop and very near shops and the beach. Maela was so genuine and kind and it felt like we were in her much cared for home. We visited the Palm Beach Bagnino during the day, it's run by really nice friendly people and is organised, clean and comfortable - lovely caffe latte! In the evening we ate a La Grotta (on the sea front) and Il Gnabbro, near the Basilica. Really good food and not expensive. There was an excellent market on the Thursday. We loved our stay in Finale and will return in the future.
