"Superb"

The location is beautiful and close to many restaurants. Also the agent in charge was very helpful and provided good info about the area and available activities.

Sometimes the code changes and you have to wait for the new code but this is a minor issue and the security guards are very helpful to let you in.

"Good apartment but lacks soundproofing"

Good apartment overall with a good, convenient location

No sound proofing. Could hear neighbours talking and opening and closing doors through the night. Problem with shower door panel. Finicky payment and seperate deposit method requested by host making it feel more like Airbnb rather than a hassle-free experience typical of booking.com

"Beautiful experience"

Location was superb. No breakfast included in booking. Heather checked up on me and made sure I was comfortable.

There was a terrible smell that smelled like a dead rat. It was honestly unbearable & nothing was done about it. It ruined the whole stay
