Lovely 1 bed flat 200 metres from beach

Close to beach. A lovely little apartment, had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped. Figured out how to get some heating which was good as evenings and mornings chilly. We had a lovely stay. I would just add,a handrail wouldn't go amiss as steps are steep. Door sticks on inside,I really struggled to open it.

Lack of handrail and sticking door. A tad dusty here and there. Airfryer had not been cleaned

We couldn't find the tea pot.

Lovely little flat, literally 200 m from the beach. Very clean and kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, lounge is very cosy great place to rest your feet after a day in walton. Would highly recommend

it was very clean with everything we could need absolutely everything had been thought of even down to the very welcome tea coffee & milk

the steps down to the property were very steep they could be improved with a handrail

Great flat, really well set out and well equipped. Very quiet despite being right by the sea front. The hosts were very helpful and informative. Everything worked well and was in good order - it was just right for a base for me whilst working in the area and for my husband to relax and explore. The layout was very well designed and it was great to have a bit of private outside space. Loved the air fryer!

Everything was great and very comfortable; however the mattress on the bed wasn't quite to the same very high standards of comfort and quality as the rest of the property. But it was Ok for a few nights. Overall we were really impressed.
