The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very good and the beds are very confortable, with curtains around which is very nice for some more privice. The hostel offer nice activities. I 100% recommend the hostel

The property is clean and (on the whole, well kept) This review is a constructive review and no offense is intended. I do agree that the wording in the ad can be misconstrued and is open to personal interpretation.

'About the Property' should only really relate to the said property, by including things like a swimming pool, restaurant ect gives the impression they are within the property. (IMO) They are not. Property description Offering a shared lounge - the fact that this is the owners lounge makes it unlikely that folk will want to relax here. Given that they are smokers and have 3 cats. The ad states 'smokers welcome', this does not directly tell you that the owners smoke - a lot and me being in the room nearest to the lounge I constantly had the smell until everyone had retired to bed. Outdoor swimming pool - 750m away. Not immediate to establishment. Free WiFi - WIFI is good Double Room with Private Bathroom - No Bath, so it is a Shower room NOT a bathroom Microwave - I did not see a microwave. I was offered a kettle the second day as I needed hot water for medication. For which I was very grateful for. Air conditioning - I did not use My shower room had puddles of water every day. I have mobility issues and walk with a stick so this was a real concern for me. A small mat was provided but the puddles still appeared The hot water tap was broken and tied up with plastic tie. No explanation given I am sure that a lot of people have enjoyed their stay here but I am afraid that wasn't the case for me.

Misleading description on facilities, the facility available is towels and toilet paper , Nothing else. Communication was a challenge as they only speak French
