ロケーション、最高でした！部屋数と お値段に見合った宿を探していましたが 相場よりも安く泊まれて大満足でした。 事前にメールでチェックインや宿の詳細が来ていた以外でも直接、電話でもアナウンスがあり（しかも、とても丁寧で親切》 不安が払拭され期待感がとても高まりました

人数分のスリッパが用意されていなかったり、（大人７名、子供3名で予約していたのに５名分のスリッパしかなかった）カトラリーもフォークはあるのにナイフ🍴が無いなど、一見、大きな問題ではないように見えるけだ、惜しい！という点があったのが残念でした

"もう利用しないと思う。"

サウナ

予約からチェックインの流れがわかりづらい。 他の客はその流れがわからなかったため，入室が出来ずに困っていた。 問い合わせの電話にも出てくれず，客のフォローができていない。 食器用のスポンジが汚かった。布団も薄く、泊まった人の立場にもう少したってほしい。 若者にはウケがいいかもしれないが、サービスの割に値段的に少し高い。
