"It is a lovely historic hotel, but wasn't worth the back pain!"

Hotel was lovely. Staff was friendly. Great location.

Bed was too soft. Pillows were horrible (flat). Although we knew there wasn't an elevator, there was also no one to help with luggage up the 22 stair steps.

"Great week long getaway."

The property location is perfect! Easily within walking distance to all of Ouray. The apartment was super clean and very comfortable.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge but that isn’t the fault of the property.

"Great central Ouray location"

We stayed in a petite interior room. It was clear from the description. It was small but it was very clean and despite having no exterior windows, it was very light from the hallway and transom windows. Really a delightful room and bath with good shower.

The shower pressure was low but it is a very old building. The shower amenities were great. It was difficult to regulate the temperature of the room even though we followed the instructions. The room was still very comfortable. The hotel was right in the center of town. Very nice and very quiet in the hotel.
