"Exceptional Service and Memorable Experiences"

The stay at the Mercury was nothing but a pleasure from start to finish: — At first, Gary upgraded our room for free (fortunately for us, the hotel was not fully booked). — My husband collects vinyl records, so Gary advised us to visit Jim’s vinyls (needless to say that Jim gave us a huge discount after mentioning that we are from Mercury). — We had a couple of bad experiences with bars and restaurants, so Gary recommended us a few places, which were top notch(!). — Special thank you to Jo, the breakfast was amazingly delicious! Thank you so much for being so kind, approachable and fun to be around, Gary! We had an amazing time in Blackpool thanks to you.

"It met my expectations and it had everything that I needed during my stay in Blackpool."

The location was perfect since I was staying there during my visit to the nearby academy. Joe and Gary were one of the best hosts that I have met on my travels. Their effort to help and accommodate my requests met and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was tasty and filling. The overall stay there made my stay in Blackpool more than comfortable. Thank you for everything.

Absolutely loved everything about our weekend stay!! We stopped in room number 1 and it literally had everything, it was like home away from home! From the thick towels, coffee machine, mugs, robes, slippers and hairdryer! It really had everything. The breakfast both mornings was delicious and plenty of it. Spotless, Quirky hotel with a brilliant location. Gary and Jo really couldn’t do enough for us, even opening the bar for us, they were so welcoming! Highly recommended! Can’t wait to come back!
