Authentic, Rustic, Cute & Cozy!

It was quiet. Nice location. Clean cabin. We did see bears from the back deck everyday we were there.

I did not like the road leading to the cabin. It’s more the size of a walking trail than a road with a steep incline and sharp curve as you go up.

Location was good, kitchen was well stocked, board games were nice

Beds in the 2nd room not comfortable at all. Make creaking sound that wake everyone up

Great location. Near Cades Cove and Pigeon Forge. On top of the mountain. Awesome view. Feels very private

I love this place! The views are amazing, the hot tub was nice and very relaxing, it's very clean, there's a loft with a tv and a bunch of games, a gas fireplace in the living room, a fire pit with wood, a gas grill, cornhole, shampoo, soaps, toiletries, all the cooking supplies you need to cook almost anything...I could go on and on about how great this place was. Rose was great too! I couldn't believe how fast she responded to any questions I had.

Like a lot of others have mentioned, the driveway is a little steep and narrow. I was in a large SUV, so it was a little tight, but after I went up once, it wasn't that bad and there was a little snow on the last hill on my first day and it still wasn't that bad. This is the only complaint I can think of.

We were looking for a nice quiet private place to spend New Years. This little cabin fit the bill. Small but everything we needed. This is an older cabin but very well maintained. The hot tub however is brand new and very nice. The little extras provided by the host were very much appreciated. There were little boxes with extra Tylenol, sunscreen, Bobby pins, nail file, etc. anything you probably forgot to pack. There is a loft area that is really cool for the kids to hang out. Perfect for sleeping bags.

If you have a really big vehicle it’s a tight squeeze up the mountain and parking at the cabin. We have a full size 4 door Ram and we made it okay but anything bigger would be difficult.
