Excellent location! Easy access with code, we did not need to worry about late arrival. 2 separate bathrooms - very convenient, beds comfortable, big wardrobe, coffee available and bakery is close to the apartment.

Air conditioner did not work properly (or we could not turn it on)

Great apartment! Spacious living room and a cozy bedroom upstairs. Two separate bathrooms with showers. Everything was very clean, with fresh bed linen. The kitchen has all the essentials - and even a capsule coffee machine, which was a nice bonus. The host was friendly and always in touch. The location is perfect - right in the center of Bergamo, close to a bus stop and the train station. I definitely recommend taking a trip to Lake Como from there!

The property is located near the old town and shopping centers.

The wall was dirty and the tap was dripping.

We arrived late so took a while to work the air con.

Nothing at all

The room has not been cleaned up. The owner accused us that we were saying lies and that the room was clean. We invited him to come in the house and check by himself, he did not show up. We had two children with us (2 and 9 years old). We couldn't move to another place so we slept in the dirty rooms. The overall experience was extremely bad. I wish we could upload videos in order to discourage everyone to book this room.

Apartment located in a very good place. A quiet place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Close to the center and public transport. Cafes and bakeries around the corner for morning breakfasts. Fully equipped, all appliances working, clean room. Lot of space and light.

No regular bedding (quilts), sheets instead. Nevertheless, blankets are available.

It was a very beautiful modern place and very clean. If I'll come back to Bergamo I would like to stay again here!!

The apartment is good for a family stay because there are no two bedrooms One has to sleep on a single bed and another one on the sofa in the living room The location was good It was not very clean A used sponge in the kitchen, hairs in the bathroom and both bathroom sinks were clogged

We arrived in the evening at around 9 pm and although I had communicated with the property several times before and I had emphasized that we are four persons, the apartment was fixed for two. We called, nobody answered. I wrote a message and they answered that it would be too late to bring us sheets and towels. My husband and I slept on the sofa with no sheets in our clothes and thank good I had two small towels with me and I covered the pillows to put our head on . I ran a hotel for 32 years and I have Villas and apartments that I rent. I never would dare to be that unprofessional.
