"Pésima de terror y robada"

Nunca me entregaron la llave , me parece una estafa , llamé al alojamiento y me dijeron que estaba mal la publicación y que debía solicitar un reembolso que buscará en la reserva un botón para hacer la solicitud del reembolso y nunca consegui ese botón nunca pude entrar y me robaron mi dinero cuidado con este alojamiento

Ça n'a pas marché. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans chambre, car le gérant a déclaré qu'il y avait eu une erreur administrative et que la chambre était déjà occupée. J'ai envoyé un e-mail au gérant, puis un autre à Booking.com, et j'attends toujours une réponse. Et en plus ! J'apprécie que vous ne m'ayez rien facturé, car non seulement ils ne m'ont pas accordé la chambre, mais en plus, j'ai dû passer la nuit dans la rue. Plus jamais, Booking.com. Merci.
