Location near the beach

When there are other guests, you can hear them from the tree house even when they're inside their rooms

It was very nice and secluded at the time we went, the view was beautiful, the tree house was well maintained and well built, pretty much left to our stay with little involvement and when interaction was it was to clean the pool or offer us tea in the morning. Owner was very helpful in setting us up with some local boat people to take us out to the “sand bar” where the water was emerald green when moving but crystal clear, after our little stay there, the boat people took us to a reef where we went snorkeling (if you do, bring crackers!!!) where we were surrounded by all sorts of fish, to the point we were hand feeding them! Would recommend for any couple looking to get away and enjoy some time together!

Nothing much to dislike, the staff there were amazingly helpful also.

Owner host are very nice

Its not the level for me stay there anymore in future. But there is only good things to learn from the experience to stay the abobe lodge which I never regret but repeat again.. .

For the rate I paid, no enough facility, sanitary, foods, confortable.

We booked as the place was described as private, “no children policy”, but found something completely different. (Don’t get me wrong - we also have children but target was to spend time without them, complete failure). - completely different than expected from the description, photos and description do not reflect the reality - zero privacy, the dining table from the neighbors is literally below your bed. - to reach the bathroom you need to cross the neighbors kitchen area - policy mentioned no children allowed while there have been plenty - loud karaoke did happen - beach not good, not worth it - pool shared with plenty of people, loud and crowded with children - so overall nothing for couples but backpacker’s level. Rustic, loud, crowded - we paid more than 100 USD per night. Less than half would reflect the value of the place. - good if you are looking for a budget accomodation at backpacker’s level, rustic, and want to socialize with other people and spent time with them singing karaoke.

With brackish water in the bathroom shower its difficult to remove the salt from the skin. It can lead to sores we coped well for two days and nights but if longer it might have been a little more uncomfortable. Very rural and adequate provision it is hard to get a lather with soap in hard or brackish water . Didn't affect our enjoyment at all

I had an amazing time at the bungalow. It was a perfect choice to recharge the soul amf mind. The location was absolutely perfect, just a few steps from the beach. The bungalow was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing escape. The food was a standout! Every meal was delicious, especially the fresh seafood. I felt very welcome

Great idea for accommodation. Love it. Good food served.

We were there 2 nights. First day was great, unfortunatelly on another day big group of people arrived who totally occupied the whole area and swimming pool, partying, loud music etc. Owner did not bother to make them quiet. All happened just under tree house we hired so we just left the place to spend day somewhere else. There is beach but forget about swimming, depends on tides, not a best place. Would not back there as lack of privacy when other people use area next to you.

The ambience of the Tree House by the Ocean was relaxing. Love the pool. Hospitality of the host JV was very welcoming and exceptional.

The brackish water. Not used to it. I don't feel clean with any amount of bathing, the slippery feeling doesn't wash off. But, we didn't really mind a few days of inconvenience Vs the great time we had!
