I property was ok! However maintenance never showed up! Paid for a heated pool! The hot tub didn't work! Several times we called no answer!

For a single-level property, the spacing was superb. The enclosed pool was ideal for our kids. When there were questions, the host answered promptly and sent maintenance to rectify any issues. (In which we only had one)

The pool alarm but it's the State law.

When it was turned on and working the spa was nice

Guy power washed the roof on the back patio the day after I spent an hour trying my best to clean it as it was stained filthy. Needs paint or something. Then power wash blasted roof dirt and clay shingles onto my brand new car. And the skimmer was so old n brittle it was falling apart

We are seasoned visitors to Orlando for 20 years and we have stayed in lots of different areas and villas so we have a lot to compare too. The property was clean and the bedding was very good quality. Great themed rooms and a good number of bathrooms. There were lots of towels and extra pillows. Also a good amount of dishwasher tablets and bin bags. Lots of cutlery and kitchen gadgets to use. The area is very secure with good security and rubbish collections nearly every day. There are some beautiful properties in the resort. The book in process was simple and quick. The area is quiet and we liked the general area. The area is near restaurants and shopping, including Walmarts and the parks all within 30 (I-4 permitting) The images for this property don't do it justice, we did not know it had a games room in the garage or the themed rooms. The property is easy to contact however there are issues with responses which I will address in the second section. We were there for a relaxing break and waited a property with a hot tub and pool. We took videos of the property rather than photos which we would be happy to share if needed.

There were several issues, the main one being the property was advertised as free pool heat. We actually only had heat for 5 days in total. The heating was not working and we were told that an engineer would be coming out but they did not appear for several days. We were also advised that there was only free heating for 1 week and would have to pay for the rest. We raised this with booking.com as it was not as advertised and one of the main reasons we chose the property as pool heat can add a lot to your holiday cost. in the 2 weeks we were there in reality the hot tub was only hot for 5 days and the pool was too cold to use for the same period. We were really disappointed and have never had this issue before with a property advertised as free pool heat. Booking.com did assist and offer a refund on any additional pool heat cost but as described we didn't have pool heat at all for much of the time we were there. The property is dated, there are chips on plates and cups, which could easily be rectified. There was also a chip on toilet seat in the master bedroom, easy fixes to make it a more pleasant stay. There were only 3 sunbeds for a 5 bedroom property and one of those was broken. The others need replacing as there are also showing serious ware. The pool area has holes in the cover, it didn't really affect us but these details are simple to push up a rating. There are no pool toys or floats, we bought some and left them for the next people. There is not enough seating for a 5 bedroom property and adding a coffee table would really help. We only used 2 bedrooms in total so cannot comment on the comfort of the others but the ones we used were fine. There was no iron! But there was an ironing board, I contacted the company but no reply.

Very spacious, 4 bathrooms and private pool!

They wouldn’t heat the pool or hot tub unless i paid $40 dollars a day.

We evacuated from St Pete Beach for Idalia. The property could accommodate on short notice. And they allowed us an early check in! There was plenty of space and bathrooms to accommodate 6 of us.

The kitchen was not well suited for cooking. Because of the weather we needed to cook/prepare all meals. Need better knives/pots/pans, etc.
