The apartment is in a perfect location and the host is contactable via WhatsApp. I was worried about some poor reviews but I shouldn’t have been as all was perfect. Would definitely stay here again

Well situated and very clean.

Too many stairs for my grandma had to relocate however that was not the accommodations fault.

Close to the beach and close to the shops

Very well managed by a professional company.Drop box accessed via message in advance and hassle free.Bright and very spacious apartment.Spotless and well equipped.Impossible to fault.

Located to the rear of santiago 2 in second block but once you get your bearings this is fine.video provided by agent is a god send!!

I did not receive the code , i paid bit even the day before my flight I ve never received the code. I booked another hotel !!!!

Point of contact difficult to reach

Apartment is in a fantastic location by the sea

arrived and managed to find the room. Only contact was via whatsapp message who sent details of accessing the hotel, also sent a video which none of us could get to download and play. The complex is like a Warren with the main pool being the easiest way to get from one side of the complex to the other. Gained access to the apartment then went out to have a look at the beach before we would come back to get ready to go out for the evening. On coming back about 6 P.M. we tried to open the door but could not get it to open. tried messaging the whatsapp number no reply, tried phoning the number no reply i tried to locate a reception or Maintenance dept but once the pool is locked down you cant get to the other side of the complex without going outside to come back in which i couldn't do because i had left the keys with the rest of the party trying to open the door. we kept trying the lock until after about an hour and a half we managed to get it to open with quite a bit of force but we were worried about snapping the key in the lock. on inspection once it was open there is deadbolt big metal hook that opens fine while the door was open but not so much when locked. we didn't stop at the apartment as we couldn't risk getting locked out again with no passports (if we had been going to the airport and that had happened we would have missed our flights) So we grabbed all our stuff and went and checked in to parque santiago 3 which has a manned reception. we received a reply from the whattsapp contact later offering to send a Technician round the next day but we were only there for 2 days and didn't want to spend one of them in the apartment waiting for a Technician for fear of getting locked out again. Apartment looked nice enough and the location was good but paying that 350 euros to get locked out and have to go to another hotel to enjoy our stay is not ideal
