The house was clean.

The area of the property is basically the New York of West Palm Beach and when I say that I don't mean that in the nicest way. Outside of the property locals told us this wasn't a place to be after dark. There was nothing in the vicinity besides two taco trucks. It would be best to have a car or use Uber/public transportation to leave the area to enjoy your time. The house itself was pretty clean but the heat wasn't working. The cleaning lady found my cousin's phone on the bench outside and inside of contacting us saying the phone was found she locked it in the main house which we could not retrieve from the main house because the main guests weren't there. The hosts did not have ANYONE in the area to help us even though we contacted them before our check-in time at 4 pm. Also, we put our bags in the guest house so we could go explore while the cleaning lady finished cleaning the area we were the only people on the property so she put the phone in the main house and said you don't know who the phone it is when we were the only people on the property made it difficult to understand. Then when the main guests arrived they gave them incorrect directions on how to even retrieve the phone from the closet they locked the phone in. Then they were sending check-out instructions before even giving us our property back that same day.

Absolutely nothing. The place was muggy, bed sheets damp, there was a weird smell, pullout couch was gross, towels and bed sheets stained.
