3-Brs Beachside Modern chalet Seaview & 3min walking l BBQ

The most I liked about this property is customer service was provided from mariam and Heba during the stay. They follow up to make sure all is ok on a daily basis to make sure we enjoy our time . I have never received this type of customer service even in 5 stars hotels . Cleaning was ok and they provided us with what we asked for . Location was good . 7 minutes walking from the beach When the internet was not working they provided us with immediate solution which was above my expectations

Review on the chalet First of all the hospitality was great, and the host was very kind & friendly, the chalet is nice & clean when we got there, the view is not beachfront but, it is very quiet & pleasant. All though the pool is like almost 30 minutes walk, which can be challenging if you’re going with kids, the wifi is inconvenient at all because, it keeps disconnecting from the internet & can be irritating for the whole group. ⁃ there is no washing machine at the chalet. ⁃ One of the bathrooms was leaking badly, the whole bathroom was full of water everytime. ⁃ No streaming services like said on the their website. ⁃ There’s no drying rack for clothing & no carpets. ⁃ It’s not really a beachfront place, & no private beach area, which means no beach umbrellas as well, no sign of any BBQ facilities. ⁃ Regarding the markets, there’s just this one market, that isn’t far from the apartment. ⁃ There isn’t much of a choice regarding food, no sea food, it was always unavailable, it’s mostly traditional food.

the chalet was very neat, the design of the chalet has a very artistic and amazing touch. the host and person helping us were very respectful n helpful as well. the resort is very nice has manyy pools and many open sides of the beach, so if one is far u can easily find another one near u. u can also rent a jet ski or boats of any kind tip: u can enter the nearby resort that's after the marina, there's a cafe there where u can order from and sit.

there was no wifi and no washing machine. the resort itself doesn't have many facilities like a restaurant or cafe. but it does have many pools and many fields for football/basketball/padel. the beach also is very low so you cant swim properly. there are many openings to the beach from different place so try each side until you find the one that suits you well. at night it's very dark so moving by car is best.

We booked this chalet with another unit for the rest of our family because they are close. The chalet went beyond our expectations! Nicely furnished and decorated, loved the kitchen and we were all impressed by the beautiful balcony terrace with a clear sea view. Mohamed is a great host and very responsive. We are definitely coming back again. Thanks a lot!
