Die nähe vom Strand!! Schöner Blick! Sauberkeit!
Stromausfall!!!! wir müssten mindestens 5 mal am Tag runter gehen um den Strom wieder einzustellen. Wir könnten leider nicht so richtig Kochen!.

Být je pěkný a dobře vybavený, prostorný, pohodlné postele. Na pláž je to jen pár kroků. Když okolí utichne, je krásně slyšet šumění moře. Dobrá komunikace ohledně předání klíčů, Daryna nám ukázala a vysvětlila vše potřebné.
Jak již bylo řečeno, byt je v posledním patře bez výtahu, takže poněkud náročnější výstup po schodech. Také bylo dost horko a byt nemá klimatizaci. Navíc se nachází hned vedle loděnice, což trochu kazí výhled z bytu i z pláže. Na náš vkus bylo i hlučnější okolí (jeden den hlasitá hudba až do půlnoci, jiný den ohňostroj, ráno práce z továrny). Parkování jen placené na modrých zónách, ale v době našeho pobytu se opravoval tunel a dalo se parkovat podél hlavní cesty zadarmo. Obchody nejsou úplně blízko, jezdili jsme autem do Sestri Levante do Coopu.

We stayed in these apartments with our children and really enjoyed everything. The conditions were cozy and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a nearby bus stop, so it’s easy to get wherever you need to go. The beach is clean, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea was truly relaxing. Communication with the hosts was excellent — they were always available and ready to help if we needed anything.
A few things to keep in mind: the apartment is on the top floor, so we would have preferred an air conditioner instead of a plug-in fan. The building is located near a factory, and work starts there around 7 a.m. — it didn’t really bother us, but it’s something to be aware of. Also, the shops are a bit far, but it’s not a big issue — you can easily get there by bus or take a walk.

"Aside from the night that my son forgot the keys inside and the fatigue of the stairs , all over we enjoyed the stay !"

✅Location ! Very near to the beach .
❌The apartment is situated in 3rd floor without elevator 🫣 ❌My son unintentionally forgot our keys inside the aprtment , we called them for some help only to found out that we have to pay 30euros for them to come to open the apartment for us . Well do we have a choice ?? But my son felt so bad about it !
