Lovely flat, next to some good shops and takeaways flat was reasonably quiet to say I was on night shifts so slept during the day, just what you needed for working away

Had a issue with the sofa bed not been made up as I didn't see it in the ad that you had to inform the staff but once they knew they worked quickly to rectify the situation and were very apologetic

Really enjoyed our stay here. A really lovely property. Looks like all furniture is brand new and tastefully designed! The place was spotless. We had all amenities to hand and got lucky with the weather so we managed to enjoy the garden during our stay. It was close to city centre and plenty of supermarkets nearby. Location was lovely and very quiet. Hosts were super friendly and check in was nice and easy online! Overall great stay and will be back again soon.

Nothing. Host is extremely rude in their response as well and lying about what happened. Accusing me of trying to get money out of them when I hadn't even asked for any sort of refund so no idea what they're talking about. The only contact I had with them afterwards was by whatsapp message where I told them about the heater not working and there being no loo roll. I didn't say anything untoward or rude to them at all and have screenshots of all the messages.

The code they gave us for the key lockbox did not work. Had to call them, they gave another code and that didn't work either, then they sent someone over who spent ages trying codes and looking in the porch for a spare key apparently hidden there but couldn't find it. He then went away to get a master key. Finally got in about 30 mins after arriving and had been standing out in the cold the whole time. Apartment was absolutely freezing. Living area heater worked well but bedroom heater didn't work at all so we were cold all night. There was also no toilet paper in the bathroom and we searched rest of apartment for some but none to be found. The property info also says that there is "plenty of on street parking". There is not! It's surrounded by multiple residential side roads where none of the houses have driveways so they're all parked on the road. Had to drive quite far up to find a space. Whole experience was very poor. Was offered a 10% discount off next stay as an apology but for obvious reasons we will not be using them ever again. Edit to add - Host response is proof of how unprofessional they are. You apparently tried to call me once that afternoon and I hadn't received any calls. I contacted you myself to arrange paying the deposit because no information about it had been sent by email despite that being what it said in the booking confirmation and we exchanged multiple messages then. You know full well that we were outside for way longer than 8 minutes! You didn't even know the key code for your own property and haven't mentioned that at all in your reply. What's your excuse for that? It never should have happened, nor should customers need to be ringing for something as basic as toilet roll.
