Olive Nest- Tirupati Bus Stand- 300 Meters, Railway Station- 400 Meters

New property. Very nice and clean rooms our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Location is nearby to access bus stand and railway station. Room service was very nice. I recommend everyone to stay at Olive Nest.

I had a wonderful experience at Olive Nest Hotel Tirupati. I had to make a last-minute booking late at night on the very same day of my travel. The staff was incredibly helpful and coordinated everything flawlessly, making my late-night check-in completely stress-free.As a solo female traveler, safety was my topmost priority. The property felt highly secure, peaceful, and decent; I did not face a single challenge or discomfort during my stay. Additionally, the location is unbeatable—it is situated just a short walk (around 300 meters) from the APSRTC Central Bus Station, making commuting effortless. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with continuous hot water at night aswell, which was perfect after a long journey. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirupati!

The hotel is very near to the bus stand and located in a main area, I initially thought it would be very noisy. However, as soon as I entered, there was no sound at all. The room was so quiet that I slept peacefully all night, completely isolated from the busy street outside

All good since no restaurant facility the room rent is bit high like three tyre city Thirupathi

Room was at good location and facilities ,value for money, with ample parking.

The Staff were rude especially the cleaning staff, they came for cleaning only once while we stayed there for 3 days.

Basic facilities unavailable:* TV channels were not working. I could not watch IPL matches or news channels, which are basic expectations. 3. *Unprofessional staff behavior:* The staff was not polite and their conduct was unprofessional throughout my stay. 4.Don't have food facility where can order lunch/ Dinner even i can't ordered evening Tea or morning Tea.
