Olive Nest- Tirupati Bus Stand- 300 Meters, Railway Station- 400 Meters

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the location is highly convenient, just a short walking distance from both the railway station and bus station. The pricing is very economical, especially when compared to other hotels in the same location like nearby bus stand and railway station. The washroom is in excellent condition, new, spotless, and well-maintained. Overall, it's a great option for travelers looking for cleanliness and value.

The only drawback is the lack of a landline phone in the room, which means you have to use your mobile to contact reception and the absence of an in-house restaurant. They are not provided dental kit Except this small issues everything is good and well maintained property I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel's location is very closely located to Tirupati Bus stand and railway station which is walkable distance, coming to the room and washroom its clean and tidy as I can see this is a new building they are maintaining very well the bedsheets were spot less very good keep the standards like this, what I liked the most is with the room I got living area also which is very good to have a sofa and dinning table and it's shared with another room but I am ok with that, I had travelled with my family i had felt safe not a single problem i faced, the staff is very polite and very accommodating with my early check-in request Totally worth the buck.

The room is bit small compared to premium hotels but had a living area so not a problem The only improvement they wanna make is regarding toiletries, They are only providing soap and shampoo but not dental kit and shower cap

Clean

They have no restraunt . Tips were expected for every small work. No toiletries, dental kit. Breakfast was part of the booking but given as favour. We were given one room and then told to shift to another room. Water pressure in taps was less.

Overall the room is good

- Wifi is available, but no internet is there - No hot water supply

This is a new facility in a mediocre surrounding. Facility is good and well maintained with decent staff. Good view of Tirumala Hills.

Family suite for 3 was sufficiently big and decent. However, no storage space absolutely. No coffee tray. No room service. Have to depend on local vendors.

We booked for superior suite , We strongly recommend olive Nest stay, worth for money, very very comfortable like Homestay. Family or group of friends without any second thoughts can book for olive nest, nearby railway station, bus stand., nearby tiruchenoor Padmavati temple. We are very happy with olive Nest stay.😀👌
