2201 Pullman 3 bedroom penthouse

I liked the location, spaciousness of the penthouse, and the interior design.

We were not ushered in and properly welcomed by the penthouse manager. We were only reached via WhatsApp and told where to get the key to the room. The place was not clean enough. We found condoms under the couch and used toilet papers beneath mattresses. We sat with huge bags of trash not knowing what to do with them, which made the place untidy and filthy. We ran out of toilet paper and we had to buy for ourselves. We used the same towels for our entire stay. No cleaning services were provided. We struggled to find cleaning equipment. The beds had no mattress cover, just linen and some pillows were stained.

Great apartment, with great views and super clean

The host is not attentive to the client's needs. I asked for single beds in the 3rd bedroom as advertised. I notified the host on time but the host still could not accommodate that request. Dstv doesn't work, the apartment also does not have a daily housekeeping service. No decent hand towels in bathrooms. Tiny facecloths were added in the bathrooms as hand towels.
