The door key was in the emergency box so had to contact owner to open it. Locks need a oil very stiff to open

Beds were comfortable clean kitchen and bathroom. Property was clean

Could not open the door to access the sun terrace, door was broken ,could not open the window in the lounge as such cooking was very difficult,could not close the bathroom window,no light in the entrance way which host was aware and said will come and fix it but never turn up till we left, entrance to the property was unkempt full of used cigarette ,could do with a small bucket for people to put their spout in.

I always book this side of Blackpool due to it being quieter and near family. Apartment good size and good for what you need.

Lots of spider webs and spiders in corners. Back door broken, had to use a knife to open which wasn't great and didn't feel secure. Windows don't open apart from bedroom. Needs some TLC on walls etc. Bathroom needs some TLC too.

I had taken my parents to their hotel around the corner and needed to be on hand incase they needed me so opted to stay in this apartment which itself was very clean spacious had everything you need for short stay home from home really. Great location it was excellent Just around the corner from the promenade.. for location old Uncle Toms Cabin/MaKellys is literally 2 mins walk.

Nothing it was very good Had issue with tv but sorted out within 1 hour of arrival excellent service could not fault owners/management 👍

Clean tidy friendly staff and very helpfull

Could do with improving little bit repair and love shower handle loose and shelf in bathroom shower not the best missed matched uncomfortable bed and uncomfortable sofa I wanted stress free break but had to deal with power going out on first day and the last day and broken lock on back door was refunded for first night that was good of them but nothing the next time it happened even received msg in the week when we staying because of our payment informed us we were avoiding payment rang them straight away and it was on computer paid just wish they could of made my stay more stress free

The wifi was fast. 2 smart tv’s with YouTube etc. full length mirror, quiet - couldn’t hear neighbours. Lovely and warm. Mostly clean. Towels and sheets were clean.

100% would stay again in Nov for £164. Worth the money. Shower temperamental. Balcony door broken - no access to outdoors. Windows would not all open. Sofa bed not very comfy. Had to call the company twice as there were some bed sheets missing and the code for the door was wrong.
